New Twitter Client!!

So I joined Twitter LOL and now am looking for people to follow and people to follow me...!! It's all Greek to me right now, but I will figure it all out!!

Well spring is in the air finally and we are gearing up for a very busy hunting season!!  The only openings that we have left available for hunting is bow season for deer! Everything else is booked!!  Looking forward to a good season and hunting with some new clients...

Some of our new clients this year and new to hunting therefore it should be lots of fun!  New hunters are so excited about the hunt and very exciting to work with!

ICE OUT

Well finally Mother Nature is cooperating a lil!!! The sun is shining today albeit a bit chilly but the ICE did go out last night!!!!  Just a lil info for you avid fisherpeople LOL....Looking forward to the spring season with all my clients!! See ya'll soon....

SPRING IS IN THE AIR!

Oh bring on Spring! A beautiful day at Caribou today!! Sunny and warm! Finished our last Trade Show on Sunday at Garson Arena.   Really don't recommend taking the time and effort to work this Trade Show...not well put together and very small.....Next year we will stick to the big shows...much more worth our while......

Have almost all our firewood in for this year and working on clean up around the resort! All is good. In case anyone is interested we still have a couple of openings left for the Long Weekend in May!  Book now so not to be disappointed!!!

WOW TRADE SHOWS!

Woo Hoo...did the Novi Show near Detroit and had a really good time. Lots of work and lots of hours but definitely worth every minute of it.  Home for a couple of wks. then off to the Metro Toronto Sportsman Show. That turned out to be a very successful for both Caribou Log Cabin Resort and Moosewa Outpost. Again a lot of work for a 5 day show and lots of hours put in with minimal sleep but again definitely worth going again next year! Back home once again for a lil while then off to Sudbury for a 3 day show. That will be the last of the shows for this year, but if you have ever thought about doing a trade show and didn't, then I would just rethinking that!  Wish I had done it 2 years ago! Well worth the effort folks!

OMG..I am already getting Jacked about the fall bear hunt! Our 2010 bear season was 100% successful! The bear hunt is by far my most favorite hunt of all,   I start 8 weeks before the hunt setting up game cameras, blinds, scouting and then bait every 2 days! A lot of work, but well worth it! There is nothing more exciting than having a big black bear sauntering out in front of you to check out his dinner!

NICE!  We finally got some snow!!  The ice is 2 ft. thick now and finally got some snow, so things are looking up at Caribou! Today is gorgeous and the sun is shinning a perfect day for fishing!!

ICE CONDITIONS

OK, so there is a good 12 inches of ice on the lake,,but common mother nature a lil snow would be helpful too!

We are currently working on getting all of the ice huts out on the lake and folks have been doing pretty good with catching pickerel!!
